My participation in video production from elementary school through college has brought me to the University of North Florida pursuing a career in multimedia production.

 

My ultimate goal is to write, shoot, edit, and produce creative video content for sports media.

 

The experiences that have moved me towards my goal started in elementary and middle school where I was in the morning news crew. I got more involved in this field when my high school TV production group won first place in Port Orange Florida’s pogTV Film Festival for a silent movie we produced.

 

Experiences and relationships progressed in college when I received my Television Studio Production Certificate from Daytona State College. Working live television is a thrill and provides a type of euphoria that’s hard to duplicate legally. My networking improved when I joined the ESPN3 club at UNF. I’ve recently been able to pick up some production experience with various companies like ESPN and Gemstone Media.
